Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church is not a stand-alone church. Because we are Presbyterian, we are part of a connectional church system. We belong to the Presbytery of Wabash Valley, which is made up of all the Presbyterian churches in the northern third of Indiana. In turn, our church and presbytery are member of the Synod of Lincoln Trails, which includes all of the Presbyterian churches in Indiana and Illinois. Finally, our church, presbytery, and synod all belong to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A), our national denomination.
